Google Paid Links & Google Free Listings

Google has updated Google Hotel Ads to provide one system comprising two components, Paid Booking Links (replacing Pay per Stay), and Google Free Listing. This change took place on 21 February 2025.

Levart has updated the system to manage the provision of rates and inventory to Google and the subsequent billing.

Paid Booking Links will attract 10% commission on all bookings and any booking subsequently cancelled. Google Free Listing does not attract any commission.

Selecting Google Hotel Ads you now obtain both Paid Booking Links and Free Listing.

Levart manages the setup within Google to optimise the return to the property.

As the system has changed we have provided the opportunity for you to choose to participate in the updated Google Hotel Ads program.

 

Recommendation

Levart’s recommendation is for the property to continue with Google Hotel Ads. The advantages of Google Free Listings and Google Paid Links can be viewed here.

Property Details

As you have previously elected to use either one or both of the components we are providing the option for you to Opt Out should you choose not to participate. Should you not Opt Out your property will be converted to the updated Google Hotel Ads program automatically.
